Q. I have received my shilajit and it’s in a very hard form, what should I do?
A. Kindly warm/soften it up by keeping it above the radiator while it’s on for a short while OR add 5-10 drops of filtered/non-fluoride water.Close the jar tightly and within a few hours the resin should soften up. You may repeat the process, if necessary (make sure not to add too much water or you may dilute it too much) OR you may place the whole container in warm water without getting it wet inside (maybe put it in a Ziplock bag first), to soften it up.
Q. I cannot open the jar, I received it yesterday and the lid will not move.
A. Kindly pour some warm water over the lid or leave it above the hot radiator if the jar is not opening.
Q. Do you provide a spoon with it?
A. We do, but only with the 40g Jar.
Q. Does your Shilajit have an expiry date?
A. Pure Shilajit does not expire as one can understand that since it has naturally formed over centuries from the mountain rock, if nothing is artificially added then Shilajit should not expire.
Q. How long does Shilajit take to work?
A. Results can vary. Many people report experiencing benefits within 5-10 days. For maximum benefits, we recommend taking it according to our advice on our listing over a 6–8-week period.
Q. Why is there some difference between this Shilajit and my previous order?
A. It is important to note that (our) genuine Shilajit is a naturally occurring substance from the rocks of the Himalayan Mountains. Therefore, different batches may have little difference between them in smell (mostly) and sometimes texture. However, it’s the filtration process that is vital in keeping Shilajit at its pure form which is what sets our Shilajit apart.
