Kindly warm/soften it up by keeping it above the radiator while it’s on for a short while OR add 5-10 drops of filtered/non-fluoride water.Close the jar tightly and within a few hours the resin should soften up. You may repeat the process, if necessary (make sure not to add too much water or you may dilute it too much) OR you may place the whole container in warm water without getting it wet inside (maybe put it in a Ziplock bag first), to soften it up.
Kindly pour some warm water over the lid or leave it above the hot radiator if the jar is not opening.
